马云龙 博士

马云龙,副研究员、硕士生导师,入选温州市“瓯越英才计划”项目。毕业于浙江大学遗传学博士、生物信息学博士后。现担任浙江省生物信息学学会青年委员会常委, 健康大数据与转化医学专委会委员。主要利用生物信息学、遗传学、人工智能和实验生物技术在多学科交叉领域研究复杂疾病(眼脑疾病)的遗传分子机制和诊疗方法。目前研究方向: 1)遗传单细胞测序数据分析及算法开发,2) 遗传队列及家系构建及致病突变的筛查。至今在Genome Medicine (IF=15.27)、Ophthalmology (IF=14.28)、Molecular Cancer (IF=44.4)、Psychological Medicine (IF=10.59)、Journal of Nanobiotechnology (IF=10.44)、Cell Reports (IF=9.995)、Briefings in Bioinformatics (IF=13.994)、Molecular Neurobiology (IF=5.68)、Human Molecular Genetics (IF=6.15)和Translational Psychiatry (IF=7.99)等国际期刊上累计发表40篇SCI收录研究论文(其中第一和通讯作者25篇),影响因子IF > 200。拥有4项生物信息学分析软件著作权及6项发明专利,获得2021、2022年度浙江省生物信息学会自然科学奖一等奖及科技进步奖二等奖,讲授《生物医学编程技术》大学生课程。受邀参加国内外会议100余次。担任Genome Medicine、 Nature Communications、 Nature Cardiovascular Research、 eBioMedicine、 eLife、 Clinical and Translational Medicine、 Translational Psychiatry、Briefings in Bioinformatics等多个SCI期刊的审稿人。相关研究成果被Nature新闻部、 New Scientist、美国洛杉矶时报、Daily Times、HealthDay News等多家新闻媒体作特别报道。
